Invent a Party
When you are at college, you are all the time busy with your study. Lectures, tests, essays, term papers, examinations, and so on, and so force. Poor students have to study such a great amount of information that they really do not have enough time to have a rest.
Being a college doctor, I can tell you that the health of the students becomes worse after the graduation. That is the cause of the night study, constant work over the computer, lack of sleep, and proper rest.
Many students are starting to suffer from the depression during their study; that is a destiny of the good students, as a rule. They are studying all the time, they do not have any rest, they do not have any parties, because they do not have any time; their emotional tension is too high, because everybody awaits from them the highest marks, as a result depression and illness.
That is why I recommend to all the students to have parties from time to time. You do not have to wait for the proper occasion, you may invent the occasion by yourself. Invent some party, celebrate it with your friends, and receive the charge with the positive emotions. This small pleasant party makes the student’s life funnier.
